WALKING TRAILS
Walking trails include:
Please Note: Walkers are NOT permitted on designated mountain bike trails. It is the responsibility of both walkers and riders to apply appropriate caution at the locations where mountain bike trails and walking trails intersect. These intersections are clearly marked.
When using any of the trails in the Reserve it is essential that you:

- Apex Trail (3.5km circuit, 1hr 30mins)– This is the most accessible track which starts from the car park at the top of the Scenic Road. The trail includes interpretive signage and the Ningana, Kalang and Binjang lookouts.
- Burrunggee Trail (4.6km return, 1hr 50mins)– A steeper, alternative route to the summit, this route also starts at the parking area and ascends the eastern face of Mount Arthur.
- Bundari Trail (4km return, 1hr 50mins) – This trail starts about half-way up the Scenic Drive near the Landa Picnic Area. It is a longer trail with a few steep climbs through the foothills of the mountain and joins the Burrunggee Trail.
- Bimberdong Trail (2.6km return, 1hr)– Beginning from the picnic area adjacent to the town's old reservoir, this trail ascends steeply to link with the Apex Trail.
- Yarraman Trail (1.6km one way, 30mins)- a generally gentle trail along the lower slopes of Mt Arthur, between Bushranger's Creek Road and Brennan's Way and linking with the Bundari Trail. This trail is also available for horse riders.
- Trig/Waterloo Trails (6.5km circuit, 3hrs)– This is a circuit for a bushwalker with plenty of time and a fair amount of energy. The trail starts and ends at Bushranger Creek Road opposite the picnic area near the Old Reservoir site and climbs to the television repeater station on Mount Wellesley.

- Carry drinking water
- Wear appropriate clothing and footwear
- Carry your litter out with you

HORSE AND BIKE RIDING
A designated horse riding trail - the Yarraman Trail (1.6km, 30mins one way) can be found 2.5km along Brennan's Way and comes back out on Bushranger Creek Road near the eastern entrance to the Reserve. This trail is also available to walkers. Horse riding is also permitted on the fire trails but please check accessibility with the Trust before heading out, so you don't unexpectedly encounter a locked gate. Horse riding elsewhere in the Reserve is prohibited.

PERSONS USING THIS RESERVE DO SO AT THEIR OWN RISK AND WILL BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE OR INJURIES CAUSED TO THE RESERVE OR TO OTHER USERS
In accordance with Civil Liability Act 2002 the Trust warns all persons who engage in any recreational activity in this Reserve, that doing so may result in harm or injury and such persons do so at their own risk and will be held responsible for their actions.
